Stethen-Smith Construction was founded in 1989 by Doug & Debbie Stethen. The company is now owned and operated by Sam Smith, former Chairman of the East Tennessee Chapter of ABC.
Recently, Stethen-Smith relocated their offices to Oak Ridge Highway, in the heart of the Karns Community. In a partnership with Smart Solutions Development, Stethen-Smith constructed a new 10,000SF office condo complex. Stethen-Smith occupies half of the development, with the remaining half available for sale or lease.
