The Accredited Quality Contractor program was launched in 1993 to provide an accreditation program which publicly recognizes and honors those construction firms which have documented their commitment in four key areas of corporate responsibility:
- Safety
- Employee Benefits
- Training
- Community Relations
The construction firms which meet the exacting criteria set forth in the application will be formally acknowledged by ABC as "
Accredited Quality Contractors" and will be granted the full privileges that come with the designation. They will be given wide recognition within the industry, the business community and the public.

We are proud to be contractors and proud to be an integral part of this great industry. We want our many "publics" to know that we are dedicated to the principles of free enterprise and that we are committed to providing our employees, now and in the future, with the skills they need to work safely and productively on the jobsite.”
